There are several reasons for not receiving your payment:

1. The payment date hasn't arrived yet (For more info - see "When will I be paid?").

2. Incorrect payment data or personal information.

3. You didn't reach the minimum threshold (For more info - see "What is the minimum threshold"). 

4. There is a problem with your payment processor (PayPal or Payoneer).


Before contacting us please approve your account details with your payment service provider. If the problem still exist do not hesitate contacting us.

Please notice that if your account is denied 3 times, you need to wait 30 days until we can try again.
