There are several reasons for not receiving your payment:

- The payment date hasn't arrived yet (For more info - see "When will I be paid?").

- Incorrect payment data or personal information.

- You didn't reach the minimum threshold (For more info - see "What is the minimum threshold"). 

- There is a problem with your payment processor (PayPal or Payoneer).


Before contacting us, please approve your account details with your payment service provider. If the problem still exist - do not hesitate contacting us.

Please notice that if your account is denied 3 times, you need to wait 30 days until we can try again.
